Amped!

So today is officially day one of my "get hot" weight loss challenge. I intend to use this blog to journal my progress and keep myself sane. Got up at the crack of ass and did cycling, upper body weights and abs.
GOAL: Lose 30 pounds in 3 months
End date: July 8
FOOD:
Breakfast: egg whites and coffee with fat-free half and half.
Snack: 10 Almonds and Apple
Lunch: Odwalla Peanut Bar
Snack: Fat free cottage cheese w/raisins
Dinner: Protein Shake

Today was absolutely easy considering I binged like no other over spring break. Yesterday was my final day to gorge on bad foods. I pretty much consumed about nine days worth of food. I woke up ready to rumble on my new diet!

Wish my luck and pray my fat ass can stay on this diet.
